An echocardiogram is a safe, painless ultrasound test that uses sound waves to create moving images of your heart.

At Rotsen Heart and Vascular Imaging, echocardiograms are performed only when referred by your physician. This ensures the the test is medically necessary and tailored to your care.

What Patients Can Expect?

  • No needles, no radiation

  • Performed by Registered Cardiovascular Sonographers (RCS, RVS)

  • Test take about 30-60 minutes

  • Results are sent directly to your doctor within                24-48 hours
